Parent Coaching

a form of therapy that uses non directive play and directive activities to help children express emotions and experiences when words are difficult. It supports emotional regulation, coping skills, and behavior change in a developmentally appropriate way. Our staff also consults with a Registered Play Therapist Supervisor on a monthly basis to ensure our clients receive the most effective and ethical treatment.

Ages 3-9

Individual Psychotherapy

a one-on-one form of therapy where individuals work with a clinician to explore thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. It helps build insight, coping skills, and emotional regulation while addressing concerns like anxiety, depression, trauma, and life stressors.

Ages 10+

Family/Couples Counseling

involves working with more than one person in the same session to improve communication, address conflict, and strengthen relationships. It focuses on how individuals interact as a system, helping members better understand one another, resolve ongoing concerns, and build healthier patterns together.

a supportive, skills-based approach where a therapist works directly with parents to help them better understand and respond to their child’s emotional and behavioral needs. Instead of focusing only on the child in session, the counselor teaches parents practical strategies-like communication techniques, emotional regulation support, and consistent discipline/ reward systems.

School-Based
Behavioral Therapy

a therapist observes the child within their school environment to better understand behavioral, social, and academic functioning. Following the observation, we provide families with a comprehensive report that includes clinical insights and specific recommendations for classroom modifications and supports to help improve the child’s school experience.

We also offer in-school behavioral counseling, providing one-on-one support within the school setting to address emotional regulation, behavior challenges, and skill-building in real time.
